LEGAL STUFF, T&C's & POLICIES ETC...
Fasten your seat belts, here we go...

CANCELLATION POLICY - We offer a 14 days cooling off period for full refund. After this period any cancellation that is not the fault of Bounders, and is made less than 60 days before the original photo session date, may result in a £145 cancellation fee (to cover loss of earnings), plus any travel and accommodation costs incurred by Bounders.
All refund requests are at Bounders' discretion. Refunds may take up to 90 days to be processed, however we will endeavour to refund in a reasonable period of time.
WEATHER POLICY - The weather during your photo session can make all the difference to the end results of your Bounders Experience. There are some conditions (.i.e. rain & heavy cloud) that make it very difficult to produce work to the high artistic standards Bounders work to. Therefore, we will do everything we can to make sure you have reasonable weather for your photo Experience. This may involve changing the scheduled time at short notice to benefit from a suitable weather window, or postponing the session at short notice. To minimise disruption to your Experience, we take any changes very seriously. It’s possibly the hardest decision we have to make. We will always discuss our options with you first, but the final decision belongs to Bounders. We ask that you keep reasonable time available either side of your scheduled photo session. Depending on the Experience, this could be several hours either side of the start time (Summer Sunset/Senior/Tutorial), or up to 24 hours either side (Original Weekend, Peaks Mini-Break or UK-Wide Experience). Sometimes it is necessary to reschedule multiple times before a session can go ahead. Please be aware that siting 'rescheduling' as a reason for a refund request is not usually accepted until at least the third reschedule has failed. Working with the fabulous British weather often requires substantial patience, but it is always rewarded in the end.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS - To qualify for a full refund offered by our Money Back Guarantee, you must have completed the photo session and viewing time. Refunds on bookings, vouchers, incomplete photo sessions or viewing times that are not the fault of Bounders will be at Bounder’s discretion (the exception being within the 14 day cooling off period after any Experience purchase - see Cancellation Policy above).

WALL ART PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTIONS - We want to make our wall art as accessible as possible to all dog owners. We offer interest-free monthly payment schedules for all wall art. Purchases can be split equally over a maximum of 3 months. How many months payments are split over will be at Bounder’s discretion. Receiving your wall art before all payments are made will also be at Bounder’s discretion.
